1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pak222 ("pak222", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform available at pak222.vip. These Terms apply to all products and services offered by pak222, including but not limited to sports betting (including cricket betting), live casino, slots, jackpot games, bingo, and all associated payment, account management, and promotional services.

Your continued use of the pak222 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. pak222 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The effective date of the most recent version is displayed at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the pak222 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. pak222 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal can be processed. pak222 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point during your use of the platform.

Players access the platform at their own discretion and legal risk.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the platform.
• One account per person: Each player may hold only one registered account on pak222. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in duplicate accounts.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion restriction on pak222 or any other platform where pak222 operates a shared exclusion system.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access real-money products on pak222, you are required to create a verified account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number.

Know Your Customer (KYC): pak222 is obligated to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a clear copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back — or a valid passport. A selfie holding the identity document may be required. The name on the identity document must match the name used during account registration.

pak222 strongly recommends completing KYC verification immediately after registration to avoid delays when requesting withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or, in cases of suspected fraud, account suspension.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pak222 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pak222 immediately via live chat support.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pak222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Available methods and applicable minimum/maximum limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your pak222 account.

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your pak222 balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. pak222 is not liable for delays caused by payment providers, mobile wallet services, or banking institutions.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. pak222 processes verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the Cashier. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals are generally returned via the same method used for deposit. pak222 reserves the right to require additional documentation for withdrawals where anti-fraud or anti-money-laundering checks are triggered.
• Currency: All pak222 account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in PKR. pak222 does not apply additional currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pak222 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administration fee from dormant account balances as specified in the Cashier terms. You will be notified before any fee is applied.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on pak222 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, jackpot, or bingo. Product-specific rules are available within each game or betting section on the pak222 platform.

• Bet acceptance: pak222 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on events where the outcome may already be determined, bets placed after an event has concluded, or bets that pak222 reasonably suspects are placed with knowledge of insider information.
• Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a software error, systems malfunction, or human error that results in an incorrect price, payout, or game outcome being displayed or settled, pak222 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. pak222 is not obligated to honour winnings that resulted from a manifest error.
• Cricket betting: All cricket markets on pak222, including PSL, international Tests, ODIs and T20s, are subject to the sportsbook rules published in the relevant section. In-play bets are accepted and settled based on official match results from the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). Abandoned or tied matches are settled per the rules specified for each market.
• Casino and RNG games: All random number generator (RNG) casino games and slot titles on pak222 are provided by certified third-party studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software and cannot be influenced by pak222 or by the player. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the studio and is available in the game's information panel.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pak222 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods.

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• Casino games and slots typically contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Live casino games may contribute at a lower rate (or not at all) compared to slots. The contribution rate for each product is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• pak222 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, cancel a bonus already credited, or recalculate bonus eligibility if it suspects abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, exploitation of technical errors, or any form of collusion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak222 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one account per player
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the pak222 platform
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or vulnerabilities in pak222's systems
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of fraudulent betting activity
• Using another person's payment method or financial credentials without their authorisation
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using pak222 as a conduit for proceeds of crime
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pak222 staff, agents, or other players
• Attempting to access pak222's backend systems, APIs, or databases without authorisation

pak222 reserves the right to report any suspected fraudulent or criminal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities and to cooperate fully with any investigation.

8. Suspension & Termination

pak222 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pak222 reasonably determines that these Terms have been violated, where continued access presents a compliance, fraud, or legal risk, or where required by applicable regulatory obligations.

Upon termination for cause (e.g., fraud, prohibited conduct), pak222 may void all pending bets and bonuses and withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no cause exists and the account is closed at the player's request, any verified balance in the account will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method following completion of KYC verification.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pak222 platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, game assets, and user interface elements — is the property of pak222 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pak222 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the pak222 platform without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or losses arising from system downtime, payment processing delays, or game malfunctions. pak222's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak222 makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. pak222 will use reasonable efforts to restore service following any disruption.

11. Responsible Gaming

pak222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a suite of player protection tools accessible directly from your account settings, including daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; reality checks displaying net profit/loss during a session; cool-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks); and permanent self-exclusion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak222 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pak222's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body of the relevant jurisdiction. Players are responsible for compliance with their local laws. pak222 makes no representation that the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of its operating territory.
